theguru Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 ELSMERE, Ky. -- A woman is dead after a domestic dispute Thursday night, and a man was shot and killed by an Elsmere police officer. Elsmere police were called to a mobile home on Seneca Trail at about 7:30 p.m. on a report of a stabbing. Kentucky State Police Lt. Rick Saint-Blancard said an Elsmere officer fired at least one shot after arriving, and the man was killed. Obviously there is much that will come out over the next days and weeks, but if that is the deal, I'm moving on from that story and ONLY feeling incredibly sad and sorry for the two children. That's why you saw them talking to neighbors when the new released the info.
