The Bengals cut WR Cobi Hamilton right after losing/cutting WR James Wright to injury.

 

The Bengals signed WR Greg Little again and Rookie WR Desmond Lawrence.

 

Rey Maualuga has been placed on the NFI injury list meaning there was an injury away from football. Rey is supposed to make a whopping 7.5 million this year which seems like way way way too much to me. I would say he needs get better quick or he will get cut.

Little is a huge talent with a big "T", however, he is extremely inconsistent and drops a lot of passes. However, he was very good in one of the Ravens games last year.

 

Deserves to be on 90 man based on talent alone. He ain't made it yet, though.

Little is a good cheap player to have on the team.

The Bengals training staff keeps proving Hellbird right in that they may not be that good. James Wright tears his PCL last December. An injury that shouldn't take to long to heal. Yet somehow he still is not healthy and now has to miss all of this season with the same injury still. Same with Eiferts injury last year shouldn't have been a season ender and it cost the Bengals the IR ready to return that they only can use once. He was suppose to come back last season and never did. Then obviously Burfict and the back to back weeks of head and neck injuries.

The Bengals switched their team doctor three of four years ago and gloated about how much better this one is than the last blah blah blah.

What we don't know is how well these guys heeded the doctors advice and how hard they worked on their rehabs. Some guys are just happy to get there and don't take care of themselves.
