July 13, 201511 yr As expected it looks like most of us will be going through strong to severe storms again tomorrow. Some of the same areas that look to get hit Monday are in an enhanced area for strong to severe storms again on Tuesday. I'll update Tuesday later tonight but more likely in the morning.

July 14, 201511 yr Author Tuesday morning update: Almost the entire state is once again in an enhanced area for severe thunderstorms. After this mornings storms move through very strong to extreme instability is expected. Storms are expected to form in SNKY and move into TN late this morning through the afternoon. Additional storms are expected to form along a cold front in SN Indiana and Ohio. All severe hazards can be expected. Damaging winds, severe hail and tornadoes. Very large hail is expected in SN Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Timing is still up in the air but the 4-8 pm time slot is the one to watch as of this morning. We look to get a break for a couple of days after we get through today. As always I'll post updates throughtout the day when possible.
July 14, 201511 yr Team no sleep Same here...been up since 2am with storm alarms going off every 15 mins. My garage cat woke me up hanging on the window screen under the porch first. As she was scared so I knew something was up. Two of my dogs have been cling-ons. Every alarm at the plant in Lex has gone off so I got three calls about that. Going to be a long day...

July 14, 201511 yr Author Mid morning update: The only real change is in the timing of the possible storms this afternoon. NKY could start seeing storms between 12-4 pm EDT. The only thing is that that chance could last until 8 pm. Central, south central and eastern Kentucky From 4 pm to midnight.
July 14, 201511 yr Author Update: Those in the Cincinnati/NKY area should keep an eye on the weather. Storms are starting to form in N.Ohio and W. Indiana and move in a southerly direction. A severe weather watch maybe issued soon just north of your area.
