Ohio State Transfer To Talk To UK

Featured Replies

UK continuing to try to build a program in the SEC with kids OSU doesn't want, started with recruiting and now here come the third stringers. Good luck winning in the best conference on the planet with kids the Big Ten doesn't want.

If OSU didn't want him why did they give him a scholarship?

Trust me OSU could say a lot more if they wanted too but he's a young kid who needed a change of scenery.

You've alluded to several issues with this kid. Care to fill us in?

They did want him as a high school senior.

But now they don't? Interesting.

I'm curious about this myself. OSU hasn't released any statements giving any reason why they wouldn't want him. However John Anthony is saying that OSU could say a lot about this kid but they haven't. I'm curious what JA knows and why its such a secret.

I said they could throw him under the bus if they wanted. With Meyer the recruiting evaluation never ends, even when you're on campus you are working for your spot on the team.

Actually you said "OSU could say a lot more but the kid needed a change of scenery." I'm just curious what that means. Did they recruit a kid that isn't OSU caliber and told him to kick rocks. Is there something else going on that they are holding back information on? Or do you really not know anything about the situation and just feel like throwing jabs at kentucky?

Are the coaches apart of OSU? Of course, I'm just taking jabs at UK like everyone else in the country, everyone is always out to get you all. Although, I haven't said anything bad about Jones, just like the staff hasn't.

And again, you dodged the question. I don't think anyone is out to get UK football, why would they be? I just had a legitimate question pertaining to something you previously posted, yet you don't seem to want to elaborate on this information you claim OSU could say about the kid. You must either really be in the know with the staff.

Let's see: OSU won the national championship last year.

I will gladly take their castoffs.

I share the same sentiment with them about not wanting to throw him under the bus. He isn't a terrible kid, he just didn't meet his numbers after 1 year of work. I hope he goes on to shine at UK.

Again, I still don't know what you mean by throwing him under the bus. I guess we will never know.

If you really want to know I'm sure you can check out some of the OSU boards.

Not going to point out the specifics of him not meeting his numbers. It was just a job that didn't work out for him.
