November 20, 201510 yr I won't bore you with stats, that just isn't my style, so here's this: Our boy Russ has only won the West once, with a huge hand from KD. Curry is obviously incredible. Previously, Tony Parker was the only good PG to win a title, and he was the fifth most important piece on that team, and one could argue Manu was ahead of him, unless you consider Mario Chalmers and the shell of Jason Kidd premier PGs. Last season should have been his year, and I'm clinging to the hope that the Clips can find a way to steal 4 from Golden State, but Blake is a totally different player this season, with a far more refined game, and now a taste of the Conference Finals. Throw old man Pierce and a healthy JJ Riddick/Reddick? in the mix, and I think you're looking at a squad with the capability to do just that. Color me optimistic, but I believe the Point God gets his opportunity to be swept by the Cavs this year.

CP3 has had fully healthy teams every season in the playoffs and his collapses in the playoffs are worse than any meltdown Lebron has ever had but nobody every says anything about CP3's inability to finish playoff series. Weren't they up 3-2 in the playoffs last year and lost the series? Not a peep about CP3. If Lebron did that........

November 20, 201510 yr How deep is the west? I kid about Paul, but the Clippers are right in the thick of things. If KD gets healthy and OKC gets it going, they should be in the thick of things as well with the Spurs and Warriors.

They should have won that series, but looking forward, I'll give you the field in the West and I'll take CP3 as the Conference Champeens. And yes I'm aware of what happened last night.
