IMO it will not matter who starts as this team will have their work cut out for them due to lack of height. Need to be much better defensively and not get pushed around under the basket. Offensively they need to handle the ball and get the ball to guys when they are open. Very important that guys see the "entire" floor and get ball where it needs to go for easier looks.

 

The most important thing is that they all need to trust each other and realize that the important thing is how many points the team scores and not how many I score. If they can accept that concept they will get some nice easy looks at the basket.
