My guy just finished up...I have to have a new roof, new siding, new gutters, two new screens, outside room must be redone and a few other things.

I still don't think much of it. I found the holes in the screen this morning. There isn't big, obvious damage anywhere on the house. It's tiny little holes. My house looks like it was shot by a giant shotgun.

My former brother in law cashed in on hail damage (your same issues plus his deck needed to be retreated), had clothes stolen from the luggage carrier on his car on his way to vacation and later claimed personal possessions when someone stole his car. Homeowners dropped him.

Haha well Im' not going to take advantage of them at all. But if I have damage, I want to make sure it's all repaired properly. I own the home alone now and it's a big investment that I want to take care of.
