What does a background check have to do with it? They sold you a gun, you shoot someone. By your logic had they not sold you the gun you would have never shot anyone so they are to blame.

Actually, they relied on you. You're the one giving them revenue.

If you're talking about users of the drug the trafficker provides overdosing, that's on the user, not the supplier.

I'm not sure I really understand what you're asking, but I'm fairly certain I'm against those laws as well if I'm understanding it correctly.

 

I'm talking about the laws that make me jump through hoops to get Claritin D. I got pilloried on here once for expressing my displeasure with them because they were intended to help control the scourge of Meth. From my perspective all it seems to have done is make it harder and more expensive for me to get a medication that I like and turned a percentage of Meth users into Heroin users. And I still seem to hear lots of stories about Meth labs being discovered. So the only people those laws seem to have affected are law abiding people.
