The direction from the KHSAA Is that boys and girls tournaments are to work together to avoid conflicts, so fans of a school that has two teams playing can go see both.

 

Having Shelby play earlier in the day allows their fans to watch their girls play that night in Carrollton.

 

Likewise, SK fans should be able to make both of their games, with their boys playing at 4 pm in New Castle and their girls playing at 8 pm in Carrollton.

Per Kenton County rules: No school, no practice. However, being on a 1 hour delay today, they will be able to practice today. As will Scott as they play tomorrow as well. The Kenton County school that got short changed was Dixie as they play tonight

My understanding was teams were allowed to practice last night as well.
