Now that we have determined the best of the best from each letter of the alphabet, it's time for the "Alphabet Tournament".

Now, it's a head-to-head contest against another letter winner in bracket form. The matchups and bracket were picked at random (except for two play-in games).

The same criteria should be used when making your pick.

* All level of play - 9th 10th 11th 12th

* Fan Support

* Coaches

* Wins

* Titles

* Facilities

* Etc.

This bracket is between Union County and Johnson Central

The winner of this one advances to meet Trinity.

The poll is time dated. You have four days to make your vote and the poll will close.

I think JC is better but I also don't think there is much support on BGP from Union Co so that will play a roll in some of these games.

Can anyone give us any historical background on Union County?

I need it too...I know about JC, but fairly hate to vote because I know nothing about Union Co.

Whew, I'm just glad there are some votes.:thumb:

I was afraid Trinity was so darn intimidating that no one wanted to win this one just to then get demolished by the rocks

JCHS!

Don't know much about Union County. Wish I knew more! But do know of JCHS and their pride in athletics.

I agree with stick but the only difference is that I would say the voting would be in much more support of Union on BGP. Eastern Ky doesn't get much recognition from BGP. However, it does give me a sigh of relief that Johnson Central is mentioned on this site. Now I have hope. It's JCs' time to prove their outstanding abilities and how really dedicated their coaching staff is to having a great football team in Johnson County and in the state of Kentucky.

I mean after all Johnson Central is the state's lead rushing team.
