I can vouch for gchs. Bashing anyone or anything isn't his style.

Conway shot the ball at a high percentage. It's tough to guard him when that is happening.

 

SWHS didn't play great. I felt that SWHS would use Gaskins as a 'first' option but that only happened a few times. Gover couldn't defend anyone and I think that caused a lot of problems with LC having a good night offensively, Timmy Taylor was able to run and what he does best.

I personally don't mind the region set up. I can remember watching a region at one the smaller gyms (unmentioned location lol) and it was a miserable experience as a nuetral fan. No offense to the smaller gyms. Even the big gyms are packed with two top level teams playing.

Lincoln is tough at home but I like the way its setup. Especially when you factor in they have tons of parking, multiple entrances, 2 concession stands and lots of seating plus the walkway for the media. As far as winning the region goes I would probably still put my money on Lincoln at Lincoln regardless of the statistics of host teams winning. That senior class has played together for 7-8 years now and they have a great coach that doesn't make the same mistake twice. While Boyle did get a big win last Friday Lincoln played awful and BC played awesome the same night. Southwestern is a good team and seeing Lincoln bounce back like that says a lot if you ask me. Conway not only had 34 points after a slow first half but he had 16 boards along with his 34 plus Timmy had 12-10 and could have scored more if he wanted. The 12th is deep this year and I love it

Although Lincoln gets to play the region at there place, they are very beatable. Earlier in the year Wayne played them close, and if it wasn't a couple questionable calls in LC favor Wayne could of won that game. I also think a healthy Colton Elkins when we played at LC, we win that game IMO.

Good news about this BC/LC rivalry is they may very we'll play two more times this year :clap:
