or drive and ambition!

He better have a whole lot of drive and ambition if he gets the job. The well at Fleming Co. is pretty dry and wont begin to fill for about another 3 years.

The good news is in that district if you stay away from Rowan County you are in very good shape.

Interviews were today....any news?

Im hearing Fraser is to be offered the job. I think he brings a little more to the table than the other candidates

If you want a guy who has bounced around from job to job and his team this past year was rated 80th out of 113 schools in their class. Should keep Fleming at about the same level they have been since Coach Kelly left.

Need to find someone who can beat Lewis County. They have dominated the Panthers lately. :sssh:

Think they let a good one get away by not hiring Trusty . He knows the 16th region and the district very well. He is a class guy on and off the court. Helped build the program that Morgan Co is today. Time will tell. I wish the Fleming program the best.

Fraser has been hired and I dont know why they wont announce this hire yet.

Bouncing around doesnt bother me. I believe he has a son that plays ball

Can't see Fleming not hiring Coach Trusty....a class act, great coach and all around good guy....just what they need at this point.

Fleming County's track record has not been good lately. Let's see how this one turns out.

Seems like there is never a consensus on their hiring committees.

I have a problem with these hiring committees. I dont like the idea of parents or future parents of ball players being on these committees if you get my drift.
