There are a bunch of reasons the Bengals lost today. Dalton's play was not one of them. Losing Green hurts every aspect of the offensive game. He is going to be doubled covered or have a safety over top pretty much every play. Without him, the D doesn't have to do that. You can argue whether or not Dalton is the guy or not, but today should not be on his shoulders. Again, the talent the Colts put on the field today was better than the Bengals. They won ten games in the NFL with multiple 2nd teamers on the field. But hard to win on the road in the playoffs with practice squad guys getting snaps. I'm not saying Dalton shouldn't get blame. But this particular game, he wasn't the one who lost it for the Bengals. He did not make plays to win it either.

How about that last pass from Dalton? A guy wide open and no defenders within 15 yards of the reveiwver

on Dalton all you want. He was One of the many reasons they lost. He's horrible.

Please let these TV clowns stop making excuses for Andy Dalton's ineptitude, worse than former coaches making excuses for Marvin's.
