sixtyfeetsix Posted March 28, 2006 Posted March 28, 2006 I'm not going to make a prediction, but the Owls can hit with anyone. If the pitcher for Buckhorn throws a lot of strikes..the Owls will score a lot of runs. The Owls can flat out hit! Also, I am a little partial to them so my opinions are biased! Play hard, and play smart Owls.. if you do that we can :dancingpa
1owlzfan Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 Owls by 6 Owsley 11 - Buckhorn 5 :ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper:
sixtyfeetsix Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 Owls are on the right track. They played hard as a team and won this one 11 to 5. Jason Bowling pitched an outstanding game, and the Owls can flat out hit the ball. Robert Smith came in with the bases loaded to "seal the deal". Great win for Owsley County. They are a fun team to watch!
1owlzfan Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 WTG Owls!!! Looking forward to watching them tomorrow night in the semis!!
GreenMachine Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 Guess what everybody Jason Bowling hit a shot out to the left field. Guess that ends everyone thinking he can only pull the ball. Was intentionally walked the next two at bats. Says something for the boys hitting doesn't it.

*The Prophet Posted March 29, 2006 Author Posted March 29, 2006 Besides a few mental errors by the Owls the looked good tonight. They hit the ball well, and the pitching was good besides a few walks. Good game Owls!!!
GreenMachine Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 I ment to say Jason Bowling hit a shot over the left field fence.
sixtyfeetsix Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 The Owls play tonight at 8pm in Booneville. There are two games today, one at 5pm and one at 8pm. These games are the Semi-Finals of the All "A". The semi's and finals will be held in Booneville, at the "Owls nest"!
Lightning Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 Hats off to Owsley. They seemed to want it more than Buckhorn. Bowling threw well. I thought Rice for Buckhorn pitched very good as well. The defense really hurt him.
nWo Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 Can someone start a new thread with the final score in the title?
