Maybe so. Not sure who would take snaps though, probably wouldn't matter with Simpson in the backfield. I'd like to see Lockard, Baldwin, Bowling, Krallman and Deaton together. Swanson was a shut down corner.

I'm going to replace Laithon Davis at linebacker with Caleb Enix ('10). I would put Laithon (RB/LB) in that group that wouldn't start but get plenty of PT. Wes made it as a kicker simply because he actually made a field goal in a game! :lol: That was one position I was really struggling with. That #44 you speak of may make someone else's list, but not mine.

I'll take a shot at this for Somerset. I'm going to be honest that I'll probably miss some deserving offensive and defensive linemen from before 2008. Also, there are several players that could have been considered for offense and defense but I'm only picking them on one side of the ball.

^^ Kenny Hughes was fun to watch play. He was a big ole back!

 

I remember that 2007 Regional Final between Belfry and Somerset. Belfry had Dustin May (6'2 224) and Ivan Lee (5'11 256) running the ball and Somerset had Kenny Hughes who seemed to be around 6'2 and probably 230 or so.

 

Defensive backs on both sides probably felt like they had been in a heavyweight boxing match the next morning having to tackle those monsters on the edge.
