Louisville-Notre Dame Updates

My son is at the game. Glad the Cards are playing well. And Notre Dame can't get out of their own way.

ND is having a REALLY bad 1st half!

No doubt. Fortunate to only be down 17-6.

Got 1:40 remaining in the half with 1 timeout. It would be huge to get some points before half.

Louisville D has something to do with that. Their secondary is really fun to watch.

Collinsworth just about picked that one.

I'm always afraid to give that credit. I get reamed many times. :lol2:

Not many blue fans in this thread. No worries!

ND QB and Kelly look flabbergasted.

So, if you're Kelly, what do you do at halftime? He hasn't seemed mad so much as bewildered on the sidelines.

UL doesn't quite have the same mojo they had earlier in the game. They get the ball to open the 2nd half. Would be good if they can get some points and/or gain good field position with that first possession.

Well, in Petrino's abbreviated and perturbed mandatory interview, he said he wants to figure out how to run the ball this half. Bet we see more read option.

I have been VERY impressed with RegReggie. Those 3rd and long conversions have been unreal.

I wonder if Petrino has put a rein on the runs by Reggie, though. We can't really afford to have him get hurt.

Historically Petrino isn't wired that way. I'd say you'll get more of the same offensively.

Prayer?
