In everyone of these debates, nobody is even familiar with Edd Roush. Not just one of the best Reds of all-time, but one of the greatest baseball players of all-time. His 12 year .337 average is #2 for the Red's - AHEAD of every single player listed on all of the above lists. His contemporaries said he was well ahead of his time, and his arm from the outfield is considered one of the greatest of all-time. After leading the league in hitting, and regardless of whether the 1919 World Series was considered a fix, it was Roush's defense that TOOK the World Series for the Reds.

I was going to say the same thing. I think most people's lists include the players they grew up watching and are most familiar with. Any list of Reds' greats HAS to include Roush. As you aptly stated, he was not only one of the greatest Reds of all time but one of the best players period.
