November 4, 201411 yr Wife worked in drug testing lab not long ago. Said there was good portion of the DL-like IDs used. Said they look like DLs with 'Not A Drivers License'. If you get any government assistance or have any interaction with society - you almost have to have an ID. She said it seemed more common in 'samples' coming from TN.
