Would love to see Marvin fired... I still think Palmer might have stayed if Lewis would've been fired as he should have been after that horrible season with TO and OCHO. Guess we'll never know.

 

I agree! If you remember Palmer was pumped up after the last game of the year, and talked about how excited he was to be playing with Jerome Simpson and them because they ended the year very well together. At that time it was assumed Marvin would be gone. Then the Bengals announce Marvin was back, and a week later Palmer wants a trade. I do think the Bengals would have still been in the playoffs the last three years still if Palmer was here. Who knows maybe they would have got lucky and won one too.

Yep, exactly how I remember it... Palmer was upbeat and it was assumed that Marvin was gone. Almost 4 years later and Lewis and Palmer are both still looking for a playoff win. Palmer might get his this year.
