I was able to get the cable box situation fixed, it was the wrong channel lineup.

 

But even with the P. Size, it still won't allow me to get a full or stretched screen.

If you have the same model, are you able to set the screen to full and stretched? I can't get those two even with the P. Size. As I said above, some channels are showing black on the top/bottom and the sides. A lot of channels have 3" of black on the top/ bottom and 4" on the sides, so the picture can get larger without messing up the ratio.

I have 2 different models of Samsung TVs however the remote and operation is virtually the same. The P. Size button does what your saying on both. It rotates through the a few selections like 16:9, Wide Screen, Fit to Screen, and some others. At the very least the fit to screen option should do it.

I have another Samsung, it's about 5 years old, but I don't have this issue with that tv.

Well I would ask about it if you want the ability to do the full or stretch screen by yourself on any channel.

 

I'm calling Samsung support tomorrow, may head out to Best Buy first and ask if they know of it

Ok, so now Samsung tells me that the screen size issue is due to the cable box and that I need to call Time Warner. Again the issue is, on analog channels I can not stretch or fit the entire screen. This isn't good as even the black box around the sized can start to burn in and you can't leave it like that for more than a couple of hours.

 

The other issue is now they tell me their TV's cannot connect to a computer via something like Bluetooth, I have to use a cord, that is not what BestBuy told me. Does anyone have a TV where you can play movies on on your TV by some type of wireless connection to your computer?

That tv won't have Bluetooth but should have a wifi reliever if it's a smart tv. Still don't understand have the screen size. I have TWC as well with no issues

Thanks! Tomorrow I'm bringing down one of the other cable boxes that the tv connected to doesn't have this issue to see if I still have the same problem

I looked it up on best buys site and the description said it had wifi so should be good.
