Henry Clay junior ATH Davonte Robinson committed to the University of Kentucky this evening.

 

Kid can fly, won the 3A 100 meter State Championship as a sophomore and ran the fastest 40 yard dash of any prospect at UK's camp this summer. I believe he is expected to be a DB at the next level but goes both ways for the Blue Devils.

UK recruited him as a corner

Think he has a very bright future.

 

Watching him this year he looked just like Winston Guy when Guy played at LexCath. Put this kid in the UK S&C program and he will be a good one with his speed and height.

He has the hips to play corner, too. I personally think safety is his best position. Depends a lot on UK's defensive needs.
