I agree Hellbird...especially with 2-3 of Cooper's studs out right? We always hear how SK is missing players. Well this should be like a wolf feeding on a wounded animal, right? If this isn't a blowout, should the pioneers be concerned? Untested and the first team that could have tested them is the walking wounded!

Last I checked, only 1 6A team doesn't get bounced from the playoffs, regardless of their schedule. Just be grateful you don't have to beat Simon, Campbell, Scott County, St. X or Trinity in your playoffs.

That's because that's all there is in 5A. In 6A, there are any number of teams that can knock you out- and I didn't even mention #1 Male.

You would think SK was in the top 5 of 6a. There not. Geesh the team has played bad schedule to prepare for playoffs. Speed in the playoffs won't be seen by SK til its to late.

Next year we move up...just saying.

I don't know what the reason was behind Cooper moving up. I actually don't really care because 6A is easier to get into the playoffs than 5A was. In 5A you actually had to earn your way in. When it's all said and done, 6A isn't any tougher really in the area as 5A is. So to me it's much ado about nothing.

5A will be much tougher than 6A in NKY beginning next year, so their timing is pretty good.

And in N. Ky. 6A the last place team in the district gets to travel to Louisville and face Trinity. Although, that might be different next year with the redistricting.

In the district Cooper is in I think it rotates who the 4th seed comes from and one is from Louisville
