I can't believe this one hasnt been started yet.

Steve Lickert brings his confident Camels into this matchup as the favorite. NCC struggled offensively against Cooper getting shutout.

Can the Breds get things turned around?

Will the Camels play smashmouth football and control this game on the ground?

Will Lickert take the opportunity to put it to the Breds if he has a chance?

Can a mod please add a poll to this thread? Thanks!

I'll take NewCath in a close one based on nothing but wishful thinking!

CC wins this one.

I'm curious who NCC starts at QB.

The QB that came in for the 4th qtr against Cooper looked a lot better than the starter IMO

Henschen is a good athlete, he is the sophomore.

From what I hear the Breds need to patch up some offensive line holes.

Do Logan Neff and Colin Hoover play both ways for NCC on the line?

Erik Anderson has been a starter for just one game, while that one game wasn't pretty and the Cooper line was in his face all night.

Breds So. QB, Patrick Henschen, looked good in the 4th quarter against Cooper, but this was against Cooper back-ups I believe.

Cooper was in Anderson's grill right from the snap.

Don't know how big the Camels lines are, but the Breds D-line did a great job against Cooper. However, the Breds pass defense is just woeful and needs some serious "fine tuning".

NCC doesnt score in this game either.

Quite possible, but you have to remember, this is one of the smallest Breds teams in some time. They are going to take their "lumps" this go around against the likes of Cooper, Campbell Co., Simon Kenton, & Dixie, when in years past the Breds have had their way with them.

Agreed, looks like a 3-8 season for the ponies up on the hill.

Hoover starts on offense and defense, but splits time on the defensive side. Neff starts on defense and gets some offensive snaps.

Campbell County is bigger and better this year. They win by 4 TD's.

NCC will be ready, as long as they come out of the first 4 weeks healthy, for district play and a run to the state semis.

Don't think there are 4 more teams that beat them after their first 4 games. Beechwood possibly and then someone in the playoffs, but that is it.

Wins come against Brossart and Holy Cross, and first playoff game (other district is weak besides Walton.)
