August 13, 201412 yr While we're pondering that first question I'll add one. HOFer Dan Issel went to high school in Illinois. When he was a senior in high school he had a junior teammate who would go onto the NFL and a frosh teammate who would go on to be a well-known NBA reporter. Who are they?

I had a hunch based on Anderson and Issel similarities and looked it up...I won't post it though, I'll let others guess at it. Wonder what the odds of having three people that know in the sports world for three different things out of one school are?
