It's always nice to see teams beat teams they usually don't beat. It keeps things interesting.

I think they can. They have loads of experience to go with their talent, and that is usually a combination for success.

 

I've said it before, when Male is one of the top teams football is that much better not only in the Louisville area, but in 6A.

I hope so, a changing of the guard makes folks appreciate things more…end result is an elevation to achieve greater outcomes!

This ought to be an interesting season in 6A. Male has plenty of talent returning. Trinity should be more consistent this year. St. X is a big question mark and I have no idea where the rest of Louisville will be when all is said and done.

Sure. Overall 6A will be down in 2014. If you thought last season was wide open, 2014 may see even more parity.

The better question is can Male beat an elite level team not named Trinity or St. X?

 

I still think that athletically Male had the best team in 6A last year but couldn't maintain the emotional level they demonstrated against X and Trinity for 3 weeks in a row, either time.

 

I still have no clue how Manual beat them.

I have wondered from a Male fan perspective how they view last season. Is it a season that they came up short because they beat X and T twice? Or is a stepping stone to this coming season?
