I certainly do. Do you have an alternate theory to explain how such an incompetent corrupt president has managed to avoid impeachment? Clinton is a corrupt, lowlife politician but at least he was a competent leader who was able and willing to reach across the aisle. Clinton managed to sign enough popular legislation to avoid a Senate conviction. Yet, Clinton was not able to avoid impeachment.

 

Likewise, Nixon was a criminal whose assaults on our constitutional form of government paled in comparison to Obama's, but the only thing that spared Nixon impeachment was his resignation.

 

How do you explain Obama being spared impeachment? He has repeatedly trumped his political foes by pre-emptively playing the race card to distract attention away from his many failures.

I never said that I blame Obama for his ability to dodge impeachment and removal from office. To the contrary, I blame weak leadership within the Republican Party and a supposedly free press that has been extremely timid in covering Obama's many policy failures, both domestic and foreign, and his extremely poor work ethic. The Obamas have been living high on the hog while average Americans are struggling just to get by. There is more to being president than taking advantage of all of the perks that come with the job.

 

Obama is just a symptom of a very sick society. It's not his fault. The fault lies with those who voted for him twice.

Innocent people were beaten severely and Korean businesses were targeted because they dared do business in black neighborhoods. Rodney King did not deserve the type of beating that he received, but the innocent people living in those neighborhoods did not deserve their treatment either.

 

Are you seriously arguing that there would be no similar riots if a predominately white Republican-controlled House of Representatives impeached Obama? Keep in mind that Obama's support among black Americans has remained in the 85-90 percent neighborhood despite all of his failures.

 

Obama's poll numbers are still too high for most Republicans to even consider supporting impeachment hearings poll numbers are what saved Clinton's skin. Even if Obama's popularity drops to 30 percent and he continues to violate his oath of office to faithfully execute the laws of the land, there will be no impeachment. If Obama was a conservative black Republican or if he was a white Democrat with so many failures, things might be different.

You keep trying to put words into my mouth, but I will keep spitting them out. I never said that Obama supporters have played the race card - I said that the Obama administration has played it repeatedly. When I say, the Obama administration, I am certainly including Obama himself. Remember the beer summit? How about the decision for the POTUS to cast the Trayvon Martin shooting as a racist act?
