As an outsider I know this used to be a sought after job with a strong football tradition. Has things changed in as far as not getting as much talent as in the past, or is it dealing with the administration? Just wondering.

My thoughts exactly when it comes to jobs like this, and most in Kentucky.

 

There might be only a handful of jobs, if that many in Kentucky that are really worth moving around for because of this; unless it's just an area that you are really fond of.
