April 7, 201412 yr Close. Not since Sean Casey has a "good" Reds' hitter hit into more inning-ending double-plays. It's so predictable with him. Again, this team has royally screwed up every basic thing they've tried to do all year.
April 7, 201412 yr It's so predictable with him. Again, this team has royally screwed up every basic thing they've tried to do all year. I'm sure every time he grounds into one Phil cringes for two reasons: 1) he loathes him at a level you and I can't comprehend; 2) the value he'll bring in return before September 3rd goes down.

I don't know about #1....I'm to the point where I'd lock him in his hotel room so he missed the team flight back to Cincy. :lol2:
April 7, 201412 yr Not even joking, I think I'm faster than Phillips. Yep. He hasn't hustled/ran hard in 3 years.
April 7, 201412 yr Cingrani may not last long enough to give up 5 hits if he doesn't stop walking people.
April 7, 201412 yr Author Waste 2 leadoff doubles, and one of them the freakin' pitcher advanced, and you don't score, you don't deserve to win. They won't score today, MTGL's under 6.5 is safe if they pen doesn't blow it.
April 7, 201412 yr Author And a timely Votto gaffe just piles on the pitches for Cingrani. He'll have a hundred through 4.
April 7, 201412 yr Votto was a good first baseman and somewhere along the line he decided he could make every easy play a highlight and he just right down stinks. Two major gaffs in the first seven games. This team is terrible and needs something to really shake them up!
April 7, 201412 yr Author So, Wacha is cruising along, given up one run, on deck and the Reds intentionally walk the 8hole to get to him, and just like a good manager does with RISP, they pinch hit for him. Try to put this thing away and turn it over to your pen. I don't tweet, but if I did, it would be something to the effect of #outmanaged
