It was warranted. He dunked. Pulled himself up on the rim, then slapped the backboard with 2 hands. It was a great play that didn't require any added antics. Then he cursed at an official on a play when they would've had the ball. Do the crime, do the time. I hope he learns from this. He really is a great player.

If it was smacking the backboard, definite T. I was just going on the reported "hanging on the rim" and a report that he had a lot of momentum and needed to hang there a second to steady himself. Two completely different things in my book.

Yeah. That's where people are getting confused. He didn't hang. He pulled up and smacked board for style points. For anyone that actually saw it, it's pretty clear cut.
