NCC is clearly #1 overall regular season...but I am determining by tourney bracket, IMO, clearly my opionion.

Agreed. NCC is the clear favorite and everyone else is chasing them. However, the prohibitive favorite does not always win due to a bad-shooting night, foul troubles, an untimely injury or sickness, etc. Never count anyone completely out come tourney time, but a team with as many weapons and as much balance as NCC can overcome obstacles easier than teams that rely on 1 or 2 players.
