(2) Boyle County vs. (3) Danville

Boyle County is 16-8 and the 2 seed in the 45th District. They are 4-2 against district opponents and have defeated Danville twice this season by the scores of 67-59 and 77-73. Boyle County is coached by Steve Adams and are led by Hagen Tyler and his 23.6 points per game and his 8 rebounds per game. Tyler is averaging 29.5 points and 8.5 rebounds against Danville this season. Chapman Bean has been playing great basketball of late and recently had 21 points in a recent game against Danville. Colton Elkins is averaging 17.5 points and 6 rebounds against Danville. Boyle County has won 3 of their last 5 games including a huge confidence building win against 7th ranked Lafayette on Senior Night.

Danville is the 3 seed in the 45th District and has a record of 13-14. Danville was 2-4 against district opponents with both wins coming over Garrard County. Danville is coached by Ed McKinney and is led by Cody Woolridge and Jakobi Turner. Danville has won 2 of their last 5 games but look to use their home court being the host of the district tournament to their advantage. Their first game will be against heated crosstwon rival Boyle County and it looks to be a very rowdy atmosphere in a game where both teams look to end the other team's season. This game could easily go either way and very well could come down to the final possession of the game.

Winner of this game advances to the Championship game on Friday night.
