Its looking Like Jason Lynch will be the choice for Ryle. From what i have been told they scheduled 5 interviews and conducted four. Jason Lynch from Highlands. Russel Rigdon the OC from Manual, The offensive coordinator from Franklin County ( not sure of name) ,Coach Woolf Ryle's longtime assistant , and coach Wirth cancelled the day of his interview.

 

 

What was Lynch's position at Highlands?

Can anyone give us a rundown on Lynch? Ryle made a mistake passing over Woolf for another assistant, but I'll hear it out.

I don't know but I heard it wasn't Lynch. If I was a betting man I'd guess Wolfe, but others have said it's not him.

I don't think it is misinformation, it is no information. I know committee members and they are not saying anything. It very well may be Lynch but the information flying around is mostly speculation.

I know that Woolf did not get the job!

I am not going to pretend that I know everything there is to know about this but let's not kid ourselves, some information has been leaking out from the committee members.

If it can be trusted, it sounds like the assistants who stuck around to run the weight/conditioning program got some bad news today.

I feel bad for Coach Woolf. He always felt he got snubbed for other jobs in Boone County cause he left the system to go play at Cov. Cath. That is one of the reason's he stayed so loyal to Ryle over the years to build back the trust in my opinion. He had other opportunities to leave and chose not to. Wonder if he stays on staff now? His son is a heck of a player.

I'd tell him to hang in there. Losing out twice on the CCH job and now "possibly" this one would be difficult but.. his time will come.

I am not sure I agree unless he stays aboard and the new coach flops and/or he takes a starter job.
