District draw too. 39th does a blind draw, meaning Mason & Bracken could draw each other. That would leave one of the 10th's top 4-5 teams on the outside looking in come Regional Tourney time.

An argument could be made that there is already some seeding with Regional tournaments (district winner playing district loser in opening round), but i couldn't agree with you more on seeding the District.
