A 26-21 Lafayette lead has evaporated. Scott County now leads 35-29. That is a 14-3 run.

 

Now make that a 18-3 run for Scott County after a score and two free throws.

Yikes. ....Scott Co. on a 39-14 run since the 15-0 start by Lafayette.. Wow.

Commentary just stated that all of Gilbert's points have came after Jackson Davis got his 2nd foul.

Game changed when Davis went out and Gilbert got hot.

That was quite a second quarter by the Cards!

It was 26-25 a Lafayette lead with around 3 minutes left in the 2nd Quarter. It's now 39-29. That's a 14-3 run in 3 minutes.

Game Reset going into the 3rd Quarter.

 

Scott County is 5/13 from 3, Lafayette is 1/7 (I'm pretty sure that was the total they listed).

 

Scott County 7 footer Raekwon Long has 3 fouls.

 

Lafayette's 6'9 center, Mr. Basketball candidate Jackson Davis has 2 fouls. Despite the disparity in height, he was guarding Trent Gilbert (or in his area in the zone) and was doing well before picking up that foul. Gilbert has a ton of points and all have come with Davis out.

Rebounding was 15-14, Scott County.

 

Lucky Jackson is playing well for Lafayette. He has 9. Ross Jenkins started strong, as he had 6 points and looked good in doing it, but faded somewhat as the half went on.
