Just to add to the "rarely" I answered above. The 11th seems to see a huge difference in a 'flop' and a 'charge'. If the offensive player is called for a charge, the defender has usually earned it. Love the officials in the BBA (who do the 10th and 11th's games). Some of the best in the business, they really let them play but keep a firm control on the game. Can't really recall an instance when they've had one get out of hand.

Lafayette is just hanging around and creeping, they've had some chances to really cut it down, but have been killing themselves with turnovers.

They'll give it to someone if they are set up, but the defender needs to do a good job of getting set and taking it correctly. Can't yell "oohhh" and fall and expect them to give you the call. They'll just let it play on.
