I think he was talking first go around, should have hired him instead of Sveum.

Why bring in Sandberg at this point? He's a legend on the North side. IF they bring him in, they will at least have a shot at being successful. Bringing him in 2 years ago or now is just asking for a disaster

Well the main thing about that is they burned their bridges and hurt the relationship they had with him, he felt betrayed and was hurt by it. I agree that it would have been a disaster because I don't care who the manager is they don't have a MLB caliber team right now. However, the relationship they burnt with Ryno is what stings.
