Nope. Clinton County withdrew from district play this year to try to get back to winning some games. Their district schedule was picking them apart.

There is no #4 seed. CAL will have a first round bye. A similar situation took place when Muhlenberg North and South consolidated. Muhlenberg County went to 6A and 4A-District 1 was left with three teams. I believe Allen County-Scottsville had a first round bye the season they went to the state finals.

Or will they pull the same thing they did when Meade's district had 3 teams and pull the 5 seed from the cross district to be the 4th seed in place of Clinton?

It's already been decided that CAL will get the first-round bye against District 3.
