I have got to be kidding me. This forum is exactly that...to discuss, point out, and let people know your feelings.

 

If the player is not doing the job well, why not call it like it is? But I guess everything is perfect in Shamrock land and no one is ever talked down to. Give me a break...AT called it like it is.

 

Didn't say that all is perfect at Trinity, but I will assure you of one thing, If anyone from Trinity gets on here and goes after an individual kid at Trinity the way the X-men have gone after Nagle, yes I will call them down for it. It isn't right to go after kids that way. I think that if anyone cares to research my posts they will find other times when I have said that it isn't right to go after kids as if they were pros or even college players.

The moderators and the Guru watch what is written here. If AvidTiger was out of line, I am sure they let him know.

AT hasn't written a personal attack on B.J. Nagle ever that I have seen. I have seen him tell the truth and be critical of a variety of people at X that probably think that they are above public criticism. The QB at X is a visible person. His performance has been dismal, there I said it too. The head coach, papa Nagle, and the DC have performed poorly as well. Grow up, this is a place to have comments and opinions.

At my age if I grow up any more I'll be dead. We'll just have to disagree. In my opinion, kids are not fair game.

Interesting debate going on here and I see both sides. To stereotype all X fans are being overly critical of players is an amusing point....

 

IMO X needs to define who they are and what the staff wants to run/scheme and then run it well. I think Will will get it done but takes time.

I've stayed out of the debate but I will ask if BJ Nagle knows who Avid Tiger is and knows that he wrote that piece? The big problem I would have with anything said was if it had been made behind the anonymity of a computer. It's a whole lot easier to criticize someone if they can't rebut it. And before I get in trouble I'm in no way, shape or from trying to ascertain the secret true identity of Avid Tiger.

I don't hide behind the anything. A good majority of the coaching staff, if not all know who I am. Most players on the team know who I am as well. They all know me personally, including the old G-Man himself. As far as the "attack" on Nagle, saying he had a dismal performance is not that. I simply stated he didn't perform well I just chose to use a more descriptive adjective.
