It does in the other thread. I quit for the day.

Not there either

I apologize about the track video in the other thread. I copied the wrong link. This video is nuts. Parkour from a 1st person point-of-view.

What is Parkour?

If this doesn't work, than I quit for real.

That's just crazy. My palms are sweating.

Pretty cool...and insane. If there's one spot on a building that I would be the most wary of the integrity of the construction, it's the roof. It gets nothing but wear and tear from sun, wind, rain, and freeze/thaw. Just wait until they take a flying leap onto a parapet where the mortar has popped after a little water intrusion, or a rotted spot on the roof.

I watched the video. Still not sure of what it is.

It's basically running around jumping over stuff, doing flips, climbing, ect... Google it and go to the wiki page, pretty extensive explanation. I had never heard of it until I started watching American Ninja Warrior.

Based on the video I don't really see the purpose for it or why it would be interesting.

That's kind of like saying why is skateboarding interesting, or golf, or gymnastics, or running.

That is funny you bring that up.

I was stationed in South Korea and one night there was a group of us downtown doing our normal bar hopping. We had a few drinks by this time and one of the guys we were with decided to use rooftops to get to the next bar. The houses were so close together that you could jump from roof to roof etc. so he is up on a roof jumping from roof to roof while we are walking on the street. We are watching hiim leaping from house to house when about the 5th house as he jumped onto the roof he disappeared.

What had happened is he went right through the roof and landed right in the middle of a living room where a Korean family were sitting watching TV. He didn't say a word, got up and walked right out their front door and joined us on the street to get to the next bar lol

Was one of the funniest things I've ever witnessed.
