In a post from the Henderson County vs. the Christian County game, a member said, the North Colonels (Henderson County) defeated the South Colonels (Christian County).

 

Well up here in good old NKy, the North Colonels (CovCath) defeated the South Colonels (Dixie), so if the trend continues, then look for the North Colonels (CovCath) to defeat the South Colonels (Henderson County).

 

I know little about Henderson County and am looking for some insight from our opponent from Western Ky, to give us some information about their version of the Colonels.

 

Honestly look for CovCath to come into Henderson game pissed, as they were very upset with the loss to Moeller and lets face it, there isn't a team in Kentucky who could have done any better vs. the Crusaders, with the amount of injuries that CovCath has sustained in the past weeks.

 

When an animal is cornered and is hurt, he comes out fighting for his life and if anyone doesn't think CovCath will bring it on Friday, they are sadly mistaken.

 

There is no quitting in Park Hills and CovCath will be primed and ready to do battle!

I picked Cov Cath in the contest.

Henderson is a solid defensive team, but, not a great offensive team. I expect Cov Cath to handle Hendo by a couple of scores. I'll say 21-7.

Colonels will make the long drive Friday night to Henderson Co.

 

Covcath comes in off a 45-7 loss to Moeller and will be down 3 starters with bad injuries to QB Adam Wagner, RB Luke Bir, and WR Evan Braun.

 

Who wins and why?

 

Will the defense be the winner of this game? Or will the Colonels offense have no problems?

Henderson is still trying to find its way with Lewis's new offense. Defensively they as good as I've seen in awhile. If they can keep,the score low I like their chances.

I apparently am alone in a small boat in thinking Henderson Co. will hold serve at home against the M*A*S*H unit from Park Hills. Would be over-the-moon to be wrong, but it seems like the Blue Colonels have a lot going against them this week.
