What does a High School Football Game Cost you?

Featured Replies

Someone brought up paying for parking in another thread, and that got me thinking, what do most people pay to attend a Friday Night Game?

Tickets:

Parking:

Tailgating:

Concession Stand:

Program:

Split the Pot:

Other:

..........

Ticket and 6 for $5 split the pot if someone asks. So $10 or $11. If my son is with me add $3 for his ticket, a sprite, and a starburst or skittles. Still under $20.

Take LRCW and see what that total comes to.

Schools charge for parking?

It was reported that some Highlands spaces go for $400 to $500 for the season. And others said they have payed for parking. Crazy to me.

……….

On site at duPont Manual Stadium in Louisville. Businesses close to Cincy St. Xavier. Papa John's Cardinal Stadium from $5.00 to $15.00 per spot for X/T tilt (U of L gets this windfall along with concessions, a fee for field), & security is split by both schools..

There are a couple of lots at Highlands that cost $400 and $500. But you do get season parking!

I have never paid for parking at a high school football game, anywhere. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Just my opinion, but selling VIP spots to raise money through the Boosters, to me, does not equal "paying for parking".

We agree.

I also give a pass for a game of 40,000 held at a College Stadium. I would expect to pay to park there, just like when Paul Brown has held games in Cincy.
