With someone who isn't a member of your organization, and isn't a client?

 

Regardless of who the person is. If I'm at work I'm representing my company and they don't want that representing their company. Outside of work, okay. If someone off the street walked into my office and I started calling that guy a fat butt and humiliated him in front of everyone, bet your butt I would have consequences. If not being fired I would definitely be reprimanded.

Lou Pinella and Rob Dibble handled things differently. Is that control, respect, leadership?

 

Just giving my opinion and I'm sticking to it. The Pinella/Dibble incident you mentioned wasn't handled well either from what I remember, if your referring to the shoving match in the locker room.

Not gonna lie, don't think it's a newsworthy story. Was he out of line? Probably, but it wasn't a big deal. People are saying what CTrent said was a fact, well so was what BP said. He just used harsher language.

 

As someone else said, if someone comes into your job and criticizes your job performance, you're probably going to give them a piece of your mind. No big deal then, no big deal here.

 

He was in no way critical. He as a reporter for a local newspaper reported a stat without comment.
