September 1, 201313 yr Can't complain about BJ tonight. 4-6 with a HR and 3 RBI, including the game winner. His AVG is almost up to .200 :lol2: Uggla is still struggling.

He's had two of his guys struggle all year (Uggla, Upton) he's lost Hudson, O'Flaherty, Venters for the year..,he has lost Heyward and Beachy for significant time, as well as McCann for the beginning of the year. With all that they're still in 1st in the east by 15 games and have the best record in the MLB.

September 4, 201313 yr Heyward has been cleared to play catch and hit off a tee. Gattis was sent down to Gwinnett for 3 days and got on a hot streak. He was recalled and started today and went 3-3 with a homer. BJ Upton went 2-4 today at lead off and has bumped his average up to .200.
