This should be a good one. I will have to go with Walton V in this one because of the slight depth advantage. However, Tigers are tough at home. Walton might be a team that needs a little time to reach full gear but I still give them a slight edge.

..........This is one of those games that will fly under the radar because these aren't the glitzy programs, they don't have huge (and vocal, at least on BGP) fan bases, and they don't typically play deep into November, BUT, it will be a terrific game between two tough-minded football teams.

 

In many respects, it is games like this, not necessarily the Highlands vs CovCath or Trinity vs St. Xavier games, that truly represent the passion and community-driven appeal of high school football.

 

All of that said, I expect Bellevue to win a high scoring affair "down by the river (Chris Farley voice)".

I agree that this should be a great football game. I love the atmosphere of down in Bellevue for football.

We had a scrimmage right next to where they was scrimmaging. Walton looks like a big team alot of kids.
