What are everyone so high on Bullitt East this year. You have to be kidding me saying they have 4 guys in the top 25 and they are the 4th best team in the region. It is really going to be a down year for them this year and they might not make it out of the district. Fern creek is going to surprise a lot of teams this year.

Fern Creek will do some damage next year, but this year they'll still be down. I think Doss is too high on the list. They have a lot of talent, but they haven't shown that they can keep it together in an important game. I didn't get to see Iroquois this summer, so I can't speak to them. I think JTown can be a surprise team this year, but Bullitt East is still going to be a force. They don't have huge names like the last couple of years, but anyone that saw them in June saw that they may be deeper than they ever have been, and they're balanced.

I like your position for Iroquois. Really hope they can have a nice season. Most of their losses weren't by more than a couple points include the district semifinal they lost to Doss by just a basket. I don't follow the Sixth as closely as I'd like, but I don't remember what they lost to graduation.

I'm also interesting in what Moore has coming back. They lost in OT to Fairdale in the regional semifinals last year during a nice run of quality play but lost some serious talent to graduation, especially Jaelin Sanford's brother Jamon.

Got to think PRP is pretty far ahead of the rest of the pack. Heck, there are days you might be able to convince me that the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 players in the Sixth are all PRP Panthers.

Will PRP and Ballard meet in the regular season in a non tournament setting?

I haven't seen it yet.

I'm penciling in what I hope to be a couple meetings in the King of the Bluegrass and the LIT.

In case I haven't made it clear on this site before, I love the LIT.

Yes PRP is well a head of the pack. Doss is probably going to be the next best. Iroquois is going to make noise because they have a dedicated coach. Moore has lost a lot and their main point guard will be coming off a ACL surgery (so he has been out all summer). If PRP does not perform well down the stretch, the 6th region is going to be wide open.

I haven't seen it yet.

I thoroughly enjoyed it last year and hope to make it back this year.

Switch #5 and #8 and I'll agree. Cory Thomas top 5.
