Good question. I assume so. I haven't heard otherwise.

Just me guessing, but with the opening of the new school in Bardstown, I wouldn't be surprised to see Adair County go to the 4th (with Clinton, Cumberland, Metcalfe), Washington County drop to the 20th district (with Campbellsville, Taylor, Marion), and the 19th district would be Bardstown, Bethlehem, Nelson County, and Thomas Nelson. That's just me guessing, but it makes sense.

There was some speculation that Lincoln might drop to the 47th and Somerset to the 48th, but that would leave only Boyle, Danville, Garrard and KSD in the 45th. I know the KHSAA really wants to avoid three-team districts and outside of boys basketball, KSD doesn't field any teams. That would make baseball, softball, girls basketball, etc. all three-team districts. I can't see that happening, especially with Russell County handy, and by all accounts, practically begging to come back to the 12th.

It would be rough for Somerset moving to the 48th with Southwestern and Wayne County...just getting to the regional would would be tough year in and year out with those two.
