But the reds get a guy who could have some value versus Galarraga, who was insurance for this year and not needed.

July 16, 201313 yr Anybody have any info on Parker Frazier? From what I've read he's a guy who had some promise but hasn't translated well to the pen. Denver Post said he had a shot to make the bullpen this year but struggled. Needed a new start.
