Good job Walter. Is he working on his passing this summer. Didn't see much of it in the video.

Holmes had a really young group that day so there wasn't much for me to put in as far as his passing ability goes. They started three sophs, Bolden, and Chames.

Aren't these guys you mentioned all Juniors this year?

Isn't Chames the one I really liked at the State Tourney this year?

They were without Housely, Herndon, and Glover (all sr's to be) because of a school priority.

The kids who started (Markel McClendon, Steffan Green, Andrew Arnold) will all be sophomores this coming season.

Bolden will obviously be a junior, and Chames is a senior. Hill, also a senior to be, came off the bench.

Sophomore to be Ian Brolley also saw a lot of minutes, along with junior to be Jason Covington.

Holmes will be very young this coming season off the bench but that sophomore to be class is absolutely loaded. They go about 7 or 8 deep and everyone can play at a high level for their age.

Yes...he played well too. He has really been working on his mid range and outside game over the summer and it showed. Had a stretch where he hit a jumper and back to back 3's.

Do you have a highlight film on him? Would love to see it.

He only finished with 10 pts, but I can put together something for you. On vacation in Ft Lauderdale right now though so it might be a couple days.

Is Covington the youngster that went to NCC and then came back? Is he eligible?

Yup and no idea.

2 transfers already playing with the Dogs. Interesting.

Both came back during the prior school year... I'd say neither will have eligibility issues.

McClendon's mom also works for the Covington schooling system...not sure if It's with the BOE or not but that played a part in getting both him and his sister back in the CIPS system.

Moeves boys are also already playing for newcath...one was finishing the school year at Walton because he played baseball, while the other had already enrolled at NCC.

I am assuming the housing issue is going to be resolved because I know that was a requirement from the AD.
