Jake had 7 dunks this past season:

 

Nov. 28 vs Dixie

Dec. 12 vs Boone Co.

Dec. 28 vs Russell (had 2)

Jan. 04 vs Lou. Trinity

Jan. 24 vs Somerset

Feb. 19 vs Highlands (could of had a 2nd, but it would have been VERY unsportsmanlike).

I would put Schulte right up there with these other boys. Jake probably had more in game dunks than any other N Ky player this season.

If Lawnboys count of 7 is accurate, Trentman had 10 or 11 including 2 games with multiple dunks. I would not think either of those numbers would be considered at lot. These 2 boys are not from NKY but check out this game between Layfayettes Jackson Davis and Perry Centrals Justin Johnson.

 

 

I counted 4 each in this single game and the person person filming claimed to have missed a few.

There are some nice dunks on that link. 3 of the 4 by the Perry Central kid are better than any dunk I saw in N. Ky. this year.

See, in the thread about who is the best leaper (or something similar to that) people started talking about the best Dunkers. Now, in the best Dunkers thread, people are splitting hairs between in game and in warm ups... Which is it?

 

With this being the case I'll say Matt Isbel (sophomore) of Dixie. I dont know if hes the best in NKY, but i would say easily the best in his class. The kid can absolutely get up. In a JV game he came straight down the middle of the lane, caught a ball of the rim (missed shot) and flushed it two handed. In warm ups he (or a teammate) will throw it off the back board and he can throw it down. Also saw a reverse dunk. Simple on handers are a past time for the kid.

 

Should be fun to see him as he gets older.
