I wanted to take a minute to give some recognition to one of the all-timers at NDA.

Olivia started 4 years at goalie for soccer and (I think) 4 years for basketball. Played in multiple state championships games in soccer and played in the basketball state championship tonight. POY in b-ball. All-star in soccer. Could have played either sport in college.

As I told her tonight when we talk about future multi-sport greats at NDA we'll say "Yes, she had a great career but it wasn't Oliva Voskuhl's career."

She's one of my favorites. Great, great young lady. Proud of her.

I second that.

Congrats to Olivia Voskuhl! She worked hard and made things happen for herself and her teams.

Congrats to the young Lady!! Heard good things about NDA and Olivia back around Christmas!!

She will truly be missed, great job on an outstanding 4 yr. HS career.

Awesome to hear. I never had the pleasure of seeing this young lady play.

But, a 4 year starter on both Soccer and Basketball programs of NDA's caliber speaks volumes.

All of you girls (and, boys) out there who think that "focusing" on one sport is the best move, better pay close attention to this young lady.

Play them all. Work hard. Have fun. And, like a shirt my dad bought for me when I was in elementary school read; it listed all of these sports on the front; I mean, everything you could possibly think of, and on the back it said, "Rest when your dead." You only get this opportunity once in your life. Enjoy yourselves.
